The purpose of this training is to help understand how trauma, abuse and stress can influence behaviors and responses in healthcare, occupational or educational settings. It provides an in depth look at how toxic stress and trauma affects development, learning, and health outcomes. This training provides a unique experience to teach the four pillars of Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Social Awareness and Relationship Management. Participants experience growth from a personal and professional perspective that can improve their chances of occupational and relational success.
